I formally named my restaurant over 25 years ago when I opened here in Laguna.
Partners bistro is what the sign has read for over 25 years. Those who became regulars, & there were many, refer to it as Rick’s Place because you’ll almost always find me here.
I have worked hard to create an intriguing mix of fine dining foods served to you in a relaxed, comfortable & friendly atmosphere. Hopefully, you my customers feel it, because this restaurant is a part of me.
When I’m not running the kitchen, hand selecting the freshest produce, perfecting my skills or personally choosing the finest cuts of filet steaks, you will see me in the dining room. As a chef, I have to admit I am more comfortable in the kitchen, but I also love to walk the floor & visit.
I see people enjoying my restaurant, my servers working hard to make your experience a special one, and it reminds me why I love this restaurant.
